All issues are dealt with -- stage of life, chronic illness, substance abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, financial problems, marital problems, grief issues, and any number of family-related issues from parents who are locked in combat with their children (of all ages) to middle-age adults struggling with issues of meeting the changing needs of their elderly parents.

Many Rocklanders telephone JFS monthly regarding a wide variety of topics, ranging from where to find specific services to where to locate a JFS agency for a relative in another state. Sometimes our JFS intake social worker has to research a question and find the needed resources. There is no charge for this service.
