clarify how someone is half jewish? you can always say pleased holidays, its the best way to not offend someone as we live in a secular world. Also easter is very much a secular holiday much like christmas.

As far as I know there is no such thing as being HALF Jewish.. you either are or you are not.. Regardless of what the parents are.. what does you r friend believe and say she is.. if she is Jewish.. you would not wish her a pleased Easter your would have wished her a Yom Tov or a Pleased Passover the week before.
I am in an interfaith marraige but each of us KNOW and affirms our religion. Our friends do not consider us Half or one and Half another. it just doesnt work that way.
