Hitler slaughered 25 million Russians, and that wasn’t soldiers – that was men women and children. If you just do the math (25 million is more than 3 times the 7 million Jews he killed), you could say that he did worse to the Russians.

His quote is really right. Hitler killed by far more Russians than he did Jews. What he didn’t say was that Hitler targeted Jews for annihilation and that would have been a better qualifier as to Hitler’s atrocities towards Jews.
When the Russians went into Berlin they were even more vicious and hard core than the Germans were against them.
