oops, sorry for the multiple postings, but get the word out!
Congress has …
Congress has introduced bill HE 45 Blair Hold Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. This bill basically forces all firearm owners to be treated as criminals before they commit a criminal act All gun owners will be fingerprinted given a physical & mental evaluation at any time, and failure to do so automatically revokes your right to own a firearm & you are subject to a year in jail. The government would have the right to quest your home lacking a warrant, w/ up to 5 years in prison

@5smct Beyond your …
@5smct Beyond your comprehension, indeed. Excellent luck living in your shooting gallery. Just duck whenever you hear a “bang.”
@06RedfireGT Why …
@06RedfireGT Why dissipate time trying to educate me? You should be busy schooling the yanker fathers who are just about to lose their kids due to accidental gunfire in the home! And yes, I’m familiar with the nifty contraptions called “safes.” I own a 4 1/2 ft tall “Empire” model that’s fire rated@under 200C for 135+ minutes in a test furnace; but I point out to fill it with rare coins, hockey cards, jewelry and irreplaceable documents+family/wedding photos rather than guns&ammo. What was your point?
@usaisadump Ya know …
@usaisadump Ya know, they have these nifty new contraptions called safes.

Jack Mason on gun control
To usaisadump: You …
To usaisadump: You are completely ignorant of the 2nd ammendment. How you compare David to normal folks with 2nd amm. rights to have a gun is beyond my comprehension. Go ahead on back to Canada and live your life. lol
@5smct You make it …
@5smct You make it sound as if gun toters like yourself and David Koresh are somehow able to hold the government at gunpoint…to keep them “in line.” You reckon that your gun prevents the government from being “in control”? You’re mistaken. Question David who is in control. Oh, wait. The government served him up extra crispy with a side order of chicken fried disciples. He’s unavailable for comment right now. You’ll be seeing him soon, I infer (if you try to with your govt like he did).
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls Don’t you realize that 5 minutes before a gun becomes “illegal”… it is “legal” and sitting in a lock box (maybe yours)…just waiting to be stolen.
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls Word of mouth.
@usaisadump I have …
@usaisadump I have to question. How would a thiefknow which houses have guns and which don’t, unless the homeowner had a sign up saying, “There are guns here”? All records of firearm transactions are confidential, or are you suggesting cops would give criminals that kind of information? How many cases are there of people targeting gun owner’s homes to steal their guns? I have never heard of ONE case.
Now that’s an …
Now that’s an inteligent comment…brilliant!
All conservatives …
All conservatives are traitors.
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls And you missed my “beliefs” point too. I said “I do expect my fellow citizens to live by my beliefs as set out by DEMOCRACY and the rule of law for which I VOTE.” In other words, if I vote for something I believe in and it becomes law though the administer of democracy, I expect you to live by it. Hence, you are living by my beliefs. If my vote fails to make my beliefs into law, then I’m out of luck. Explaining everything to you twice is like talking to my youngest…age 2
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls You are unbelievable. I never said that Germany couldn’t crush the Swiss. I said that Germany had many reasons not to ruin them. I even listed a few.
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls I wasn’t referring to home invasions. I’m pointing out that as soon as a thief knows which house has all the guns, he knows which house to rob when the homeowner is away in order to steal those guns. Gun owners don’t notice the fact that they are the ones who are the suppliers of the illegal guns that are subsequently used in crimes against them. So they must buy more guns to protect themselves from their ancient stolen guns. Like a dimwitted dog chasing its tail. Sad.
@usaisadump You are …
@usaisadump You are really showing your ignorance. I don’t know or care where you live, but anyone who thinks that having a gun makes them an automatic target for theft. Check your stats, junior. 90%+ of violent home invasions happen in homes with NO GUNS!!! Why?? very simple. Criminals are cowards! When they are confronted by a homeowner with a gun, they leave, often lacking a shot fired. In the cases where shots are fired, They are either killed outright, or arrested shortly after, wounded…
@usaisadump 2> I’m …
@usaisadump 2> I’m kind of curious about where you got your information. I got mine from my grandfather and his three brothers, who ALL served in WW2 and saw what happens when the citizenry is disarmed and wide open. If you don’t wish to own a gun, that’s your choice, and I have no problem with it. Just be thankful that there are people who believe in the right to own guns, for sporting or defense purposes.
@usaisadump Okay, …
@usaisadump Okay, first off. you expect your fellow citizens to live by your beliefs? Why? Are your beliefs better than mine or anyone else’s? The huge problem with this people is Ontario decides who the government will be, most of the time. The rest of Canada just gets to choose who comes in in second place.
As for why the Germans never invaded Switzerland, where do you get your information? The German army could have crushed the Swiss Regulars.
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls 2> Why dissipate time, distress and troops on a vast, largely uninhabited people of forests/mountains when you know its neutral army/citizens aren’t plotting against you? There’s the issue of Swiss financial/economic influence during WWII. There’s the critical Swiss railway linking Germany with Italy. The Swiss had a well trained army too! But a bunch of guns stuffed in mattresses and shoeboxes in regular citizens’ homes was not the deciding factor for them not being invaded.
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls I don’t believe guns are terrible or that gun owners are sick. I do expect my fellow citizens to live by my beliefs as set out by DEMOCRACY and the rule of law for which I VOTE. Luckily, my Canuck vote ensures my safety. If Canucks vote to drown in a sea of guns, all I can do is accept it and campaign to convince them that death will go up. Also, Germany had many reasons to keep Switzerland healthy. Swiss weren’t a threat and Nazis were spread thinly elsewhere. >2
@ …
@MonsterFactoryBulls I’m not part of any debate on “crime rates.” You can discuss that with someone else. I’m only here to hark back you that in developed nations, more guns=more gun death (Killias 1993). Please weep to someone else about crime rates (which include fist fights, tax evasion, painting graffiti, cruelty to animals, shoplifting, etc). Also, quote the source that states firearm ownership is mandatory for every Swiss household. I reckon you’re full of shit.
As for guns, you …
As for guns, you can carry a loaded gun or unloaded gun openly in most states. This means, the gun cannot be concealed in anyway, it must be in plain notice.
