    I believe the first 5 books of the ancient testament are in the Torah… possibly proverbs as well but I’m not sure.

    The orthodox Jews believe what is called the Tanakh which is what we Christians know as the ancient testament. The Torah is the first five books of the bible written by Moses renowned to orthodox Jews as The Law.

    Get your information from people who really know the Jewish culture because listening to most people will give you a diverted perception of Jews.

    The Torah (Pentateuch), Neviim (Prophets) and Ketuvim (Writings.)

    Jews refer to these as the Tanach. Christians refer to it as the Ancient Testament.
