Any matter can be arbitrated rather than be taken to court. Whether the arbitration is under the auspices of a religious or some private institution is unimportant if the parties agree to its jurisdiction.

I’m not sure, but I reckon Jewish law is a small more like ours than Muslim law.
Jewish divorce I can know because if you had a Jewish wedding there may be things in that that a British court wouldn’t know about.
If I’m incorrect then I infer they should, but then all other religions should have their own courts and it would doubtless get out of hand.

Yep, the Jewish have been using the Beth Din for over a hundred years in Britain.
The Islamic law – Sharia, is in use in Britain and have been since 2007 or 2008.
These religious laws are used in civil cases only, and not criminal cases. Both should be abolished.

If that which happens is surrounded by their own society and does not enter into the public as a whole, then no doubt they will deal with it themselves.
Though if they commit a crime surrounded by the general public, then they will resolution to a court of law as well as their own courts
