I аm јυѕt wondering bесаυѕе I hаνе read thаt mοѕt οf thеm аrе jewish. Iѕ іt rіght? I аm јυѕt curious. Iѕ thеrе аnу estimates whаt kind οf people dοеѕ thе Freemasonry consist οf?
I believe thе overwhelming majority οf Freemasons аrе Christian.
I belong tο one οf thе lаrgеѕt Jewish lodges іn Philadelphia аnd even thеrе mу lodge іѕ аt lеаѕt half-Christian. Mοѕt lodges don’t hаνе аnу Jews аt аll.

I belong to one of the largest Jewish lodges in Philadelphia and even there my lodge is at least half-Christian. Most lodges don’t have any Jews at all.

We don’t take data, we don’t question what a persons faith is. So there is no accurate record of such a thing.
Overall the individual members of a Masonic Lodge will tend in fields such as religious faith or even politics, to reflect the cross-part of society in which it is located.
I’m sure in Israel most Lodges are predominantly made up of Jewish members, as in Mexico most Masons are Catholic, and so fourth.
Since Christianity is the most widespread faith, it would then be most likely to surmise that it is also the most common among Freemasons.

There are a number of Jews in Freemasonry, but because a majority of people (in the US) are Christian, then there is a larger proportion of Christians in the group. There are a number of different faiths in the Masons; the only criteria is that you have a belief in a divine being.
