My problems with Kashrut laws though: In the UK there was an attempt to ban it that was rejected by both Muslims and Jews as a united front (since Halal is similarish in rules). Though only jews wouldn’t not accept the animal being asleep when killed. I can’t see how thats more humane to the animal to force it to be awake. Secondly, if it requires more than 1 cut or takes too long then the animal is discarded. It is wasted and caused to suffer for nothing, is that again not a problem?

    splendid video.
As a vegetarian Jew I agree and I am pleased this video was made. We also only buy free range eggs. Judaism must promote humane treatment to animals. It is excellent to hear many mystics & scholars were vegetarians. It’s amusing I only started reading about this 2-3 days ago and here this video comes out!
